myself being a portuguese restaurantowner in Amsterdam.
I allways love your shows, I watch very regularly and I give much weight to your opinion on wine in general and also on particular wines which I happen to sell in my restaurant. On the Crasto however you had me a little bit confused, when you said it was oaked: the Crasto is not aged in oak barrels, but in Inox barrels. There is no contact of the grapes or the juice with wood alltogether. That makes the wine a perfect red summer wine that you can serve lightly cooled, and still can maintain a freshness and fruitiness.

BTW: both you and me know that Crasto is one of the top wine producres in Portugal, in 08 they had the #3 wine in the world with their reserve old vines according to WS. 😉
