Love learning about Italian wines. A good friend of mine who is a professor at my university is from Italy and lived there most of his life. He is very much into wine and I love being able to keep up with him…a little, anyway!

QOTD: It’s a toss up between cooking and reading. After all, wine goes great with both.

loving these episodes, i’ve tried a pecorino white once and wasn’t too impressed with the lack of complexity, but having seen these last two episodes, i have renewed interest in italian whites. cheers gary.
