Merry Christmas – Like the double blind

Oregon Pinot! My fav combo for sure. I had that Beaux Freres before and didn’t find it that bad. Overpriced but not terrible. Glad a more reasonable priced effort brought the thunder! Excited to try it.

Bought my thank you pack on monday and so ready for it! Going to gift one to my dad for christmas and one to my girlfriend’s mother who ill be staying with for a while over the Holiday’s

QOD: What i really want is money for a plane ticket to see my Girlfriend up in Boston in Spring. We go to different Grad schools and its a rough budget hit to take the trip. But always worth it

Awesome show – I love all the blind tastings, and the head-to-head aspect is a fresh twist. Still doing new things after almost 800 shows – pretty impressive!

QOTD – I really want to spend some great time with my family and friends. Otherwise, I think I am getting myself a Driod phone, time to get rid of my antique (lame) current option… though it is almost so old it could be getting cool again as ‘retro’…

Blind tastings rock. I have never experienced a “cloudy” PN. Could this have been a bad bottle? Would love for you to do more blind tastings with 3 or 4 bottles.

Since I belong to the Oregon Pinot Noir Club, I’ve had the Beaux Freres many a time and always needed to drink older vintages though BF has changed their formula to have more approachable wines sooner rather than later. Maybe that formula isn’t working? Oh, you should have given the Vayniacs the tidbit that RP’s brother-in-law owns BF and will not rate it? I think I read that somewhere.

QOTD: An iPod Touch would be cool, but I’d settle for an extra hour or two a day so I could get done some of the stuff I want (rather than need) to get done, if that sentence makes any sense at all.
