Thank god Gary is not really like this, and it’s a shame that there are so many people in the wine world who are. Great question of the day: ‘why am i so great’

  • Barbara, you are a woman of impeccable taste, style and grace. We applaud you.

  • Allan

Thnx, to you too man. How’s the chocolate business??????????

  • NY Pete

    congrats on 900 ep’s dude!

  • a hobby but I get by, fun tasting chocolates every week.

  • Man, you have to loosen the top button of that shirt. It makes me want to puke in my mouth

  • how the heck did he keep a straight face through out, lol, really good..
    Hmm, never Sir Gary again?
    QOTD: The hustle

  • Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio is the worst wine I’ve tasted in the past year

  • Got your wish there 😀

  • Cubatobaco (Ray)

Having not seen Episode #283, this was my first encounter with Sir Vaynerchuk. I got a kick out of him. Good information on some low end PG’s. I look forward to “our” GV coming back for #901.

QOTD: Because you look like the priest on Poltergeist with that jacket and top button buttoned.

  • Anonymous

I was expecting you to pull a Clark Kent and lose the glasses and jacket, but i guess not. Either way, thanks for all the shows and knowledge you’ve given us Gary. And I cant wait for #1000. Are you still thinking of coming over to SF to film that epic show? I totally will be there!

  • It should be, twice have Gary said that the line goes at 1000…

Good to have Sir Gary back – for once. Next time, let him taste the stuff he’s used to drinking like DRC, Lafite, d’Yquem and such – maybe that would cheer him up a little. But a good laugh this time

  • LOVED IT!

FINALLY!!!!! Sir Gary, please return- an episode with Sir Gary and the Laid-Back Friday couch, er, throne would be EPIC! (PS Maybe, Sir Gary, if GV didn’t choose such poor wines for you, you would make a return for a show with wines the quality of those in episode 897 or something else from Wine Library’s wine vault?)

QOTD: You are great because my wife might actually watch an episode or two with you in them! She can’t stand the over the top eccentricity of Garyvee, but doesn’t mine you!

  • How did you not laugh? Awesome!

You, Sir Gary, ARE the Wine World. That is why you are so great. Keep it up.

  • I’m sorry, Sir Gary, but I don’t comment on the help who “think” they are 5’10”. I only honor the true power:

All Hail His Lordship, Lord Sasha Vaynerchuk!

  • Aaronjames23

Sir Gary V should listen to LCD Soundsystem’s “Losing My Edge”

    To quote some lyrics:

“I was the first guy playing Daft Punk to the rock kids.
    I played it at CBGB’s.”

    “I’ve never been wrong.
I used to work in the record store.
    I had everything before anyone.”

Your arrogance amazes me. Keep it up!!!

Sir Gary, I watched this show not for me, but rather to find some appropriate wine to give to my wait staff. I think the Bolla will do nicely.

  • KarlB

That was hysterical!! Sir Gary, why are you backing the euro?? You are supposed to be a fan of the British pound.

I found reading all the comments from the new folks who have never met Sir Gary and didn’t like him interesting- he’s from the old-school WLTV… both classy and classic, and funny as hell, certainly not boring!

  • NY Pete

    ROTFLMFAO

  • NY Pete

free my ass … how much wine have you bought thru sir gary … 🙂

  • Anonymous

That was brilliant and hilarious. Congrats on 900!

    “This wine is terrible.”

  • John F

Pinot Grigio for the epic # 900????? Couldn’t find any white zinfandel. Nice to see Sir Gary, but I would rather have see wines worthy of the milestone.

  • Joey

The little wine shop near me has a Barringer White Zin from 1989 in the back room. Hilarious.

  • Thank You, for giving me something to do while Twitter was down 🙂

  • Kelley

Elegant Gary is having a hard time keeping ADD Gary down! Hilarious…great work Gary! You arent just changing the wine world, I think your message of “giving a crap” is finally starting to catch on! Always a pleasure to watch Sir Gary, or Crazy G anytime!

  • Sorta? You can find some nice n’ refreshing examples of pinot gris/grigio…

  • Btuss

Love the Bolla comments Gary…my sentiments exactly! I’ll let you know when the vinter starts sending out refund checks in Euros, LOL!

    SIR GARY!!!!

LOL This must have been difficult for you to do!!
And it makes me think that Gary likes to play dress-up and role-plays! Wooowhooo!!! LOL 😉 I now think youre more fun than ever!
QOTD: Because youre a side of Gary…whether you like it..or not!

  • Sir Gary Vaynerchuk uses the Jets bucket…. interesting… I would have thought he would use an silver bucket.

Thank you Allan, it’s good to be back.

  • NeilMc

It sure has been a while since Sir GV made a show – snotty as ever. Perhaps the snottiest. While we will never appreciate wine at the level that you have attained and most certainly will never enjoy the rarest and most expesnsive vintages, we appreciate your attempt to connect with the younger wine enthusiasts on your level. You snob. We’re changing the wine world whether you want to or……………..NOT!

    🙂

  • Welcome back to the big show.

  • Allan

To all of the peeps that “don’t quite get it”, this was a CLASSIC!!!!! 🙂

  • If would have been funny if he had torn off the fancies and just been wearing a typical Gary Vee tee halfway through.
QOTD: Because you are a knight (At least I assume you have been knighted because of the “Sir.”)

  • Can Sir Gary come to my birthday party? It’s in November so that’s plenty of notice…

  • Smahlatz

QOTD : Who knows, but you are indeed GRATE (no mis-spelling here)

  • Kimberlyrosespear

fun, your acting career has begun!

  • Jhart44

Should Sir Gary ever return perhaps he could tolerate someone like Steven Colbert as a guest. The combo might be great.

  • Nrpino

Can you turn up the volume?

  • Bluna53

Oh no! I tweeted this before I watched it – what will my friends think of me now?

Seriously painful to watch. Loved it though. Had I not known you were up to mischief I would have thought ” this guy needs to get out more!”
    Thanks?
AND THANKS for all the great work and play and inspiring Down-to-Earth intelligence you spread throughout the world. Your my kind of rebel in the biz world – tasteful yet raunchy when “tested.”

  • Allan

Great Classic, They just don’t get it yet….!
