    Its windchill of 9f here in austin, so I feel like going somewhere warm. And before anyone here hacks on me, I grew up WAY north of Austin, probably north of you.

    How about Cafe Paris in Havana, smoking cigars drinking mojitos yapping with the bartenders in the evening heat while the band plays.

    But tomorrow I will want something altogether different.

    Just finished up the dubois chorey les beaune clos margot. I drank it with a cassoulet that I made. The cassoulet didnt turn out as good as I wanted, but the clos margot was good, the cassoulet slightly overpowered the wine (I opened it about 3 hrs early and decanted it, so it may have lost some fruit). I really liked the wine. I would have to agree with Gary’s assessment and after 6 hrs, the wine is still showing pretty well.
