Great question! Mine’s definitely, at least as of lately, Peter Griffin! I also wish Moe would have gotten some more action on the Simpsons. He was hilarious!

Gary the cheese goes great with smoked trout. We had tons of it for breakfast when we were in Norway. It totally tastes like caramel candy.

Had and loved the ‘01 Haut Monplaisir, but you’re right, that was infanticide.

It’s ski queen, not sky queen. And it is primarily used for breakfast on toast in Norway. (My wife is Norwegian and I lived in Scandanavia for ten years). Try Vidal Ice Wine from Sweden for an interesting show…

Good to see you were down with the Beringer. Just by coincidence I had the same wine about four hours before I watched the episode and was very impressed with it as well. You tend to want to be harsh on high end California cabs, but just like you said that Beringer is excellent. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.

I love verdejo! QOTD: Danger Mouse was always my favorite when I was very young. Nowadays it would be Peter Griffin, Or Homer Simpson, god I love ‘em both! I tried the Beringer recently at a wine tasting and was blown away by the purity of flavors but even more so by the crisp transitions it made on my palate. Oh, and Maculan makes a world class merlot, the ‘04 especially is stellar.
