Classic episode. Love Fedrich’s passion. Too bad Its too late to get in that contest. Id love to be a part of that and hopefully there will be chances in the future. Congrats to Mott on the T-shirt. QOTD: I visited Chateau Pesquie this spring. I can recommend going there to anyone, it is a beautiful place and it is even supposed to have 2 natural hot springs. The Quintessence Blanc is fantastic as well, I wonder why you didn’t have it in the tasting.
