Nice show – I normally shy away from younger Cahors since the one’s I’ve had had such big tannins that they need at least five years to come together, but I’m intrigued to hear about the 06 Gaudou that is so floral already. I’ll keep an eye out.

Good episode, I have only had Malbec’s from Argentina, and will trying others from different countries. You have no idea how much I appreiciate the knowledge you share.

QOTD – The old albums, but Bridge Over Trouble Waters has a special place in my heart.

Love the Malbecs Gary. We have had most of the Malbecs from Argentina, and must say, they are all quite good. While I have not had any from France or the US, I may give them a shot. The Gaudou sounds like a keeper. Until then, I’ll stick with the Alamos or Norton.
    QOTD……………………….no, no, not them again.

Listened to the guys during my paperround when i was a bit younger,
Not very common to like this music being in the 20 region.
Anyway still love the concert in central park, great energy.
    Now on to Cahor :-)
