I just passed my Into Sommelier, and learned so much from this episode. What a wonderful interesting lesson about champagne!!!

I’m in love. Jennifer is by far the best guest you’ve ever had – I wish I could just suck the knowledge from her head.

    Gary,
Count up the praise on this one, because I think it’s unanimous. This was a tremendous EP!!! Smart, nerdy, lovely lady sharing some wonderful info on bubbles. I always find it interesting how sometimes we develop habits that naturally work toward the optimum way to to enjoy the wine. Champagne is the one wine I am the most fussy about temperature — not too cold and not room temp, and just the right amount of air where it shows all it has without losing too many bubbles. Great stuff. Congrats.

    Lovely Episode!!!
I like the ‘every Friday drink champagne’ therory/rule. I am in. Hey Jedi Jennie, what YOUR favorite football team?
Gary! Put down the bottle and step away from the sabre!!!
May the force be with you.

Love the fact that you got a Master of Wine on the show. But is it just me or does she have that Fatal Attraction/serial killer gleam in her eye. Something about her just screams “INSANE”. Huge fan of champagne. Amazing region to tour and visit. Speak French or have a friend/guide that does & your trip will run much smoother.

JETS got to step up this game! The Dirty Sanchez experiment is imploding!

She’s dreamy!! I bet that one day she’s going to realize that training American distributors is almost as boring as investment banking and she’s going to switch to MAKING wine.

This was one of the best two part episodes ever! Loved the science girl, one of those guests you would wish was a part of this show like Andy Richter used to be part Late Night with Conan O’Brien :)

Outstanding guest – it was cool to hear how she once was not into wine at all, but fell into it….. divine providence. The same thing happened to me. I was in Paris, at a German friend’s apartment, she had a party, and there was no beer to drink. Only wine. I didn’t really like wine, but I had no choice. However, it was such a special night (I’m not in Paris very often LOL), the wine just tasted right, and it’s been all wine all the time from then on out
