Good so far, Brian is comming off as a very “regular” wine geek.

Great little diatribe Brian…the pragmatic and rational response, to the silliness that is H.R. 5034.

Brian, here's a link to David Honig's analysis of H.R. 5034 at the Palate Press.

Good start to the show – very interesting winemaker. Maybe it's because I, too, am an engineer, but I get what he's talking about. On the other hand, how can he not like fruits and vegetables? I'm appalled by that fact. Maybe not appalled, but I'm certainly shocked.

    Gary,
You sent out an email that I haven't commented in a long time. Well here I am. I do like Brian's wines and I think he is a great guy. But as far as the terroir thing, what about Ken Wright out of Oregon. California pinot noir winemakers chased the Barossa Valley craze.

Stop working on the ” ” just go with it.

QOTD1: Elvis, pretty big during life, enormous after death.

  • BobWied

OK, I'll admit it, I'm an engineer. However, I really enjoyed Brian's insights, honesty, and views on the process of making and marketing wines. Looking forward to episode 2.
