QOTD: Wow, I can’t recall exactly, but I think it was Eddie Murphy’s “Raw.” Still funny today.

Gary, my first rated R movie was “The Godfather”, I was 12 when it came out. It did have a profound effect on my life and listening to Sinatra has never been the same.

Speaking of Biodynamic – can you do an episode where you taste Sinskey? I love Sinskey – the whole range,: Merlot, Cab Franc, and Pinot,

Wow, may be top 10. Was in the store today buying Pinino BDM and caught a glimpse of GV I believe right after they finished taping. This episode doesn’t do anything for me – bring back Ciera and Brunellos! Of course, walked out with way more than just 2 bt. of Pinino BDM, including some great cheese.

    Keep it coming!

OK, top 20 – how lame! My first R-like movie was Goldfinger! Ratings didn’t exist as they do now back then. I’m giving away my age – and nowadays it would be PG-13!

  • ShannonD

    Thanks for the episode today!

QOD: Trading Places. I saw it in 1983 in the theaters when it came out. My aunt took my sisters and I. I think she had no idea. I have been in love with Jamie Lee Curtis since.

Isn’t bio-dynamic a form of Wikka? Actually I think its part of the Illuminati, and perhaps having something to do with Dan Brown and The Da Vinci Code and the big guy upstairs. Better call the Pope, something big is going on. Actually in all honesty the side trip of Indiana Jones after the Holy Grail was totally going to be exuming Rudolf Steiner, and grinding his fossilized liver- to increase domestic Merlot production (Spielberg loves his Merlot). No lie. Big ups for the Zind Humbrecht, loved it before the WS scores.

QOTD:I’ve never really gone above PG-13. I really am pure as the driven snow. Good luck sinners.

QOTD: Kentucky Fried Movie. Absolutely hilarious. Fistful of Yen, Catholic High school girls in trouble, Big Jim Slade. Some of the funniest spoofs ever. Senior Year in High School at the drive in. Didn’t drink wine back then. It was Lowenbrau Ponies! Remember those 8 ounce bottles! And yes, I was legal. The age was 18 in NY back then.
