    can a room be too cold to store wines in?
    I store my wine in our front room which is considerably cooler in the winter months…
    can this ruin the wine?

    I think today was a little bit of us and a lot of you! Next time Gary needs to come to us from his favorite butcher’s meat locker. Keep the wines in there for at least a few days and then taste them when they’re on the verge or maybe already frozen.
