Gary, sweet episode, very interesting, since I just move all my wine into my basement for fear of ruining it because I am to cheap to leave the A/C while I am at work. It makes me want to ask if wine can get freezer burn if it is frozen and thawed? Looking forward to tomorrow epsiode.

First of all—-I love WLTV!!!!!!! I am so excited!

I already had the green single tote, so I ordered the double and 4-bottle totes. When you go on a road trip in a car, you need to show up at your host’s house well “fortified”. This way, I can now bring along 2 whites (perhaps 1 bone dry white and 1 Riesling Spatlese) AND 2 reds (perhaps a Merlot and a big-bodied Cab). No more trying to guess what the host might like or be in the mood for. I will have CHOICE. Hooray!!!!!! Normally I would not even THINK of spending money on something like this, that might be used only 1 X a year.

Now that I’m going to soon be all toted out, I’m determined to start visiting more restaurants that offer those 1/2 price bottle nights, or that have reasonable corkage fees….can have more picnics in the park, and more fun w/friends…

LOL, noticed a LOT fewer responses to this QOTD that previously. But sure, I’ll give it up. My daughter knows my true age (which must be calculated in Calvin and Hobbes years, which involves dinosaur cartoon carbon dating techniques). But in earth years: Sex: M. Revolutions around the sun: 48. Complexion: Pasty. Nose: Pointy, assertive, and all about vino. Hairline: French and retreating! (ok, that sounds like Pro-Bush, which I am decidedly NOT. Screw that dumbass cheerleader). Status: Married (recently). Daughter: Insists that Gary eat more “terroir”!! 😀
