Cool episode – interesting to see how the temperature affected the wine. The effect on the cork after so short a time (comparatively speaking) in the sun is a bit scary. Glad to know that it didn’t seem spoiled though.

What ever happened to that cooked 79 Margeaux I sent you? I tried another out of that same case and for sure it’s cooked. It tastes like the smell in the house when you burn Boccoli or string beans. It would be good for the show!
