That Puligny Montrachet sounded great enough without the CdV – and you didn’t convince me the change was an improvement.
The Montelena seemed to show the CdV having an anit-tannin effect, but that doesn’t mean ageing.
Taking a White Zin to 50 – you are cruel, better to pour it away surely?

You realise of course the Clef du Vin people will be asking you to recant.

I really liked your proposal to go fifteen years on the Bzikot Puligny Montrachet Ac, then relapse to twelve â?¦ you wimped-out on it, but it was cute.

Counting in Russian was quite cool! Someday Iâ??d like to see a show where you speak only Russian with English subtitles.

Weâ??re so glad and fortunate that you take the time, effort, and money to experiment with these things so we donâ??t have to! In this case it was an episode well worth watching to see this new-fangled thingy-dingy in action, and NOW I donâ??t have to bother wondering about it when I see it advertised! Thanks for that, Man!

The Clef du Vin appeared very awkward in use; it seems to me that the shape could have a better design for its purpose, perhaps a longer stem so that oneâ??s hand isnâ??t halfway in the glass; it just seems kinda dumb, IMHO.

DEFINITELY among the weirdest of WLTV episodes thus far.

I know a couple, but they are not daily lurkers, I’m working on getting them up to daily status.

Hundred bones is a lot of money to ruin a montelena… loved the show tho.

I liked the change-up on this episode, thank you for doing this test. Certainly entertaining, to watch you count while the head is bopping all over the place.

Very cool show. Your counts were way off, but in the end the white zin showed that none of that really mattered. Bring on some more double blinds – it’s my favorite thing in the wine world.
