I used to make wine with my grandfather and the chance to do that again now that he has passed is amazing. Your desire to breakdown wine barriers extends -and is fueled by- this idea, and that’s inspiring as hell. Show me an attractive price point and I’m in. Might be the youngest person there though.

I was inexplicably anxious all day (just like Matt H.). When the video was posted I only got halfway through before I had to leave for a prior engagement(my birthday dinner) – I continued to have an uneasy feeling unil I watched the remainer of the episode (to ensure GaryV was not leaving us…yet).

Very exciting news! I was interested in particiating in a Harlan Estates project that sounded like this one, only way out of my league financially.
You don’t need to worry about the anticipation being the best part of the game, as some games, including the wine game, never end. Every year it’s a new and different story with new sets of anticipations. I will be following this with interest, especially as I am not so far from San Francisco.

That is definately very sweet. I would be interested in this. Unfortunately I live in Ireland and have no way to get to SF in the next few weeks or months. Like the Scandinavian fellows above me, maybe we can hope for something in Spain or Italy. Anyway, it sounds cool and I’m sure everyone who participates will have a great time.
