Cheese? What kind of question is that. who doesn’r like cheese. I mean how can you honestly eat a burger without it. It is unAmerican, both figuratively and literally.

Can’t say as much for Aquaman though

No Way. Boyz will rule turkey-day. Def cheese on burger!! Just found out I passed my re-cert. exam in Vasc.Surg. Opened a Chimney Rock Stags Leap Reserv. 1997. I did the same thing, left the bottle open for 3 days, re-tasted each day. Very interesting!!
Gary, I agree 200%.Being from Texas, I feeled proud that you devoted a show to Texas wines. I long have felt that they were over-priced. Could never see the econom. reasons for it. Texas wines should be dirt cheap to have more people try them, enjoy them, then slowly raise prices as the quality increases. My only personal favorite is from a fellow physician I know, Richard Becker. He and his wife have a vineyard about 6 miles from my ranch near Fredricksburg, TX. Their wines are worth the price.

Gary, I felt like today you were being very fair but also sensitive to the fact that you were talking about a small, possibly family-run winery. You were still honest but still came across very respectful in the way you talked about their wine. I really respect you for that.

Welcome back Gary. I assume Sir Gary is off playing polo and hunting with the hounds…. QOTD1: Cheese sometimes. I make a burger with some seasonings in it that works perfect on its own. QOTD2: Cant say I know a thing about aquaman. Nice to see you doing wines from some other players in the wine world. Hopefully the other ones for this week will work out a little better.
