    Gary, loved the show. Happy Birthday to you! I love the work you do, especially the bubbly part of tonight. Sparkling wine is one of my favorite food groups. I always have an assortment on hand, to pour, mix or just enjoy. I really love the crements as well as the proseccos. sparkling is, hands down, one of the best appetizer pairings ever. If you ever find yourself in the Seattle area, stop by for a glass of bubbly. and……………..fyi, the ’05 washington harvest is dy-no-mite! yes, i am trying to plant a seed.

    I would have to say that Sasha (like a great wine) has aged to perfection. He get’s my vote. Gary on the other hand is full of fruit and splashes around a bit. Sasha enjoys his wine like most of us, by digging right in. No Snify snif for Sasha. Uncork and consume. Pretty simple and effective.

    After “meeting” his father I would never have paired Gary with Sahsa as family. Maybe next door neighbors who have a passion for good wine and chocolate, but not family. I guess that’s what make’s it work. You two get along like great friends more than father and son. And THAT is what it’s all about.
