Great show, Gary. I love Barolo. Is that a Cali sunburn or chemical peel?
    Glad your back.

QOTD: Homemade Red Sauce(not Gravy) with Meatballs, Sausage, Pork bones and /or Braciole over just about any pasta(Fusilli is a fav)even bread-dunking. Clam Sauce and Fra Diavolo sauce with any kind of Shellfish. And of course, a well-paired wine.

  • MattUD

Great show Gary, good to have you back. I would say that my favorite italian food is pizza..but in case that doesn’t count I will go with chicken parm.

  • QOTD: Toss up between Rachel’s wedding soup or our friend Linda’s stuffed canoli’s.

Quite a shame the majority of us can’t touch Barolo because of the pricing. $50+ for a bottle? Ouch!

  • I would have to say Baked Four Cheese Tortellini from Benito II in Little Italy, NYC. Most fantastic meal I’ve ever had and I’m dying to get back that way to eat it again… it’s been a few years.
