Oh yeah, I pre-ordered my book today! woot!

    Interesting and educational show, Gary. I’m embarrassed to say I had not heard of Chenin Blanc. I will definitely give this one a try. As always, thank you for the vino education! I need to break out of my red wine habit and get into the whites.

    QOTD: Well, well, well! I run to the computer after dinner to watch Gary V as I do every night and what is he tasting . . . Chenin Blanc. I just enjoyed a 2005 Dry Creek with some “Get Yo’ Man Chicken”. A nice spicy dish with an excellent pairing.

Also, saying it was grassy, etc. For whites, I have been drinking a lot of sauv blanc. You may have pulled me over to the dark side. We’ll see.
