Vernaccia is another classic white wine that is overlooked by so many as they focus on the 1 or 2 white wines they drink from Italy. I hate to pick on Pinot Grigio but I want people to expand their palates.

    QOTD:Would you leave a daytime postition in a laid back wine retail shop “for the people” or take on the hectic responsibility of training and running a wine bar on nights and weekends to spread the thunder to the CCC and RichieRiches? If what would your salary request be? Major dilemma here. Either way I am starting to lose my PASSION for wines because it is just a round the clock duty…how do I get my wino mojo back I’M ONLY 26!!!
