It was a fabulous grower’s NV Blanc de Blancs, which is technically a Chard, so I guess that’s my answer.

Like the widely available format but lets keep it balanced. I personally think these should only be covered every 4-5 episodes.

Another really good show! I used to drink a lot of Acacia, but have not had any in recent years. I will have try to get a bottle of the Acacia A. I am a member of the Chalone Wine Club, so maybe I can find it there. I was thrilled that you found 3 inexpensive Chardonnays that were not eaten up by the Oak Monster…hopefully this is a sign of change.

QOTD: I drink quite a bit of Chardonnay. My last bottle was last night: a 1999 Mount Eden Estate Chardonnay.

Gary. Got your book yesterday. Your personality jumps out from the lines like an ambush waiting to happen. Pounce! I called Borders where I bought the book to start the ball rolling on how to attract a division of Vayniacs to the venue. It’s the store located just south of I-275 on Dale Mabry Highway. 813-874-5722. Evidently they have a coordinator that oversees approx 15 stores or so in the central Florida region. The clerk said that usually the publisher might handle book-signings, appearances, et al.
Anyway, it looks like it will require networking with a lot of other wine lovers and pull together.
    Slainte.
