Sinfully dark chocolate cake with a raspberry sauce and port wine. Spectacular.

is that blueberry wine the first fruit wine youve done on the thunder show? im bottling two plum wines this weekend.

qotd: CHERRIES, CHERRIES, and a crap load more CHERRIES. Im a fresh fruit nut, starting with the early raspberries, the strawberries, currants and gooseberries, plums and peaches, apples and pears and, of course, grapes. Id probably kill myself if I didnt live in the Hudson Valley.

QOTD: Fresh strawberries cut up and covered in sour cream. It’s a great combination of all things good in this world.

Great show, I’ve had earlier vintages of the Rabaud Promis and always thought they were very good, esp. for the price compared to other Sauternes.
