Mott makes a rare appearance in front of the camera and although we love him, and we all do, he’s a bit of a distraction to me when tasting along with Gary. I just get the feeling that everything he says is what he thinks Gary wants to hear, and if Gary said a wine tasted of Baboon cr@P, he’d probably agree. Nice guy….but

    I had a recent Languadoc wine that was fantastic, and you guys used to sell it! Have you had the 2006 Les Obriers de La Pèira Coteaux du Languedoc Les Terrasses du Larzac? RP scored it 93 which usually tells me to stay away, but he was right on this one.

    Merry hoho day… Portland got 2 feet of snow and we have no plows. Buses aren’t running tomorrow and none of my family can get out of their homes (NW snow isn’t like NE snow, so quit calling us wusses!) so my family is actually canceling Christmas tomorrow! WTF! Can you do that? I said we should take cabs to my sister’s house, but nooooo…. they say we can get together this weekend when it melts. Bah… that’s not Christmas… So I get so spend Christmas alone! Lame… I think I’ll open a profound bottle of… something.

    Languedoc wines have always fascinated me, and I always get that same feeling you did. They seem so complex and interesting, that they go beyond what my palate can handle. Oh, but I so do love them!

The first episode I viewed however, was the one with Jim Cramer on investing. I am VERY, VERY interested in this area of wine purchasing!!! Gary, please???????????? More on this!! And BTW, congrats on episode 600………PLEASE…600 more!!!! OK!! So, I am now a Vaynerchuk addict!!! What can I say?? Merry Christmas!!!!!!

    Funny story, I recently got my dad into watching WLTV, and last night he mentioned the “mysterious Mott”, because he had never seen an episode with anything more than his hand seen on camera. Episode 600 delivers the true face of the man behind the camera!

    I’m not jumpin’ on you now. You just asked a questionne…If Gary weren’t a straight shooter it could be a conflict. BUT, I’m sure you know he’s also trashed wines he’s sold, and trashed wines with the wine makers sitting right in front of him.

    So geez, Christmas Eve’ let’s look at all the JOY Santa Gary Vee brings us all. Yes he’s selling a crap load of wine. Someone’s gonna do it.

    Can you think of anyone more deserving to be that someone?
