The guest wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great either – a little bit too inclined to agree with GV. Highlight was the fact that Mott forgot to bleep out the first swearword to actually make it to air.

The Oak Monster !!!

I actually like the Evergreen Vineyards Pinot and I thought that their Riesling was interesting (very Honey-fied). Oh well perhaps I need to go put some more oak in the pinot or something. Beats the hell out of watching fox news!

Re: the Karate reference i think he's describing muscle memory, remembering individual cues, which will trigger a memory if presented in future, like a flavour will cue a memory of previous tastes and smells.
