QOTD: Milk non-fat – sometimes I mix in a little chocolate (oh yeah) get crazy. Other than that just water.

QOTD- just got a coffee roaster for my birthday and it’s CRAZY good to have fresh roasted coffee from everywhere on the planet every morning. And, green beans are like $4 /lb instead of $10-12 for roasted at the store. I also quickly learned that uber-dark roasting of coffee (ahem…Starbucks…) destroys terroir the same way heavy use of new oak destroys it in wine.

Excuse me….. DESSERT wine? Didn’t you mean Sauterne…???

QOTD: Green Tea….but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Exress last night…lol

Really good show. That Sauternes is a must find. Anytime you get someone taking a sip, and then can’t help but smile… It has to be good.

Awesome show today! I am more educated to wine with every episode I watch. I have recently found some local wineries here in NC that my wife and I plan to tour.

This is an absolutely EXCEPTIONAL show. It’s so nice to have a novice drinker on giving his thoughts and having the “professional” retort, really gives the show a very nice balance. Gary, please have Kevin and Alex on more often – I’d like to see his thoughts as well.

QOTD: Gatorade Lemon-Lime, very refreshing and keeps up my electrolyte levels, best Gatorade brand imo.

QOTD: I drink damn near a pot of Farmers Brothers Coffee everyday. Even though I’m a 2 man office, we buy Coffee from the Farmers Brothers Restaurant distributor dude…Very cool.

I loved the Sancerre rose that I had. I don’t remember the name of it, but it was very good.

With the intensity in the way you “give it a whirl”, I’m wondering how many times have you had your teeth bleached?

QOTD – this new semi-carbonated stuff called MASH. It’s really good. I would recommend the lemon/ginger root one.
