You say Nashville, I say: Skyline. Nashville Skyline is my favorite Bob Dylan episode. Love the Flip cam shows mixed in with the “pro” shows. Man does not live by NFL alone, but on every pass that proceedeth from the arm of Tim Tebow. Keep “winging it,” a phrase apparently invented and used exclusively in the South (awaiting my cease and desist). I come for the wine reviews but I stay for the off-topic convos. Would love to hear more about the business side, especially if you’re running around Nashville with a bunch of vino high muckety-mucks. Is wine a growth industry in the recession? Or has the grape business taken a hit with the rest of the world?

You say Nashville, I say 2nd Avenue and Broadway. Hit the honkey tonks like The Stage while you’re there. I just moved from Nashville to Atlanta, and man, I wish I was there right now. Just didn’t have the bones for the tasting tickets. When are you coming to Atlanta? Loved the show up until the “Boo Titans.” You ruined our perfect season, do you have to rub it in? Cheers.

The flip cam and sloppiness is worth the content it enables us to get. Keep it up, you are great at using it. The more personal side of you it gets us is worth it.

QOTD: Country music

I found the ABC Pinot Noir in a split at my local wine store for $18.99. In Tennessee we’re about 10% to 20% higher than most states because of our limited number of distributors and sole franchise laws. So yes, the markup on the hotel mini-bar wine, while still pretty high (double retail), isn’t as bad as the markup on the Fiji water and the Johnny Walker.

Been watching for a couple months. The kids let me know about your show. In the Air New Zealand lounge in Sydney. Please do a show on New Zealand wines, pinot noir from Central Otago. Love the show. Good job Gary. Go Patriots. Sorry about that.

Great comment on the Hess Collection Chardonnay, I have been liking the Chardonnays lately. I have not found a Pinot that I like as I am a Carmenere, Zinfandel and Cab person most of the time. Maybe you can point me in the direction of a Pinot that I might enjoy. GREAT SHOW!

I must admit, I was shocked when you opened the cabinet to a Hess Chardonnay and Au Bon Climat Pinot Noir. The other hotel brands need to take notice! Another great show!

I LOVED this show! What is wrong w/ people about the quality, you keep it real w/ the Flip Camera!! I love Au Bon Climat and was so excited to see that offered (I have never had such an incredible selection in my Starwood hotel rooms).
