Ok, I have to admit that it’s pink and I just haven’t been able to bring myself to buy it – ever. However, I’m intrigued and will try to man-up and buy some.

QOTD – White Chocolate Raspberry Ice Cream Sundae – seems like a good pairing and one you could make out of Rose. Fresh raspberries, lemon, sugar, rose – cook until combined, pour over ice cream and then drizzle the white chocolate on top. (I bought a white chocolate Easter bunny for this very purpose.)

I must say, I have changed my opinion about KLJ after watching this episode. I was not a fan of her on Top Chef, but she showed so much character and was a really good guest on WLTV.

Gary, when you mentioned the crushed fruit juice on the last wine did you mean “compote”? (I had it over in Ukraine so that must be a connection to your heritage)
