Gary – I forgot to mention when I commented last night, per your question recently about mics on the Thunder Show, I think the guests could really benefit from being mic’ed. Most guests aren’t quite as loud as you and Schuster was a great example, it was quite tough to hear him.

So… I’ve revised my opinion. No mic on GV from the Thunder seat, Yes mic on GV when on location and loud places, Yes mic for guests.

Great episode and such great stories can’t wait for Part Deux

This is the best show i’ve seen so far. I’m a Newbee to WineLibrary, 1 Year and going. Daniel Schuster is a professor or in wine not a simple teacher. I fell like a padawan to have enjoyed this chapter. Thanks Gary.

Disrespectful!!! Gary what the heck no respect.

1- You Interrupted him one hundred times.
2- You tell him that you guys have been yapping for to long time
lets get to the wine . He is trying to share his passion and your
interrupting.
3- Gary what do you have to do that your in a rush . I think if you going to
do things half ass leave it for tomorrow.
4- You have people coming in the office how about if the guest feels
uncomfortable with allot of people in the office.
5-You have somebody in the background making noise and interrupting the
interview.

I have always loved the content you bump out and I know you have been criticized about interrupting guest but WOW Gary this was really disrespectful. I mean you can tell by the face he puts when you tell him
that you guys have been yapping to much I mean really . I feel that you have been getting sloopy maybe because you want to quit the show . Remember as you said before the show did not make you but the show will leave your viewers with the thought of who Gary was/is. Don’t quit this is just the begging it can evolve so much more you can juggle more then this .Wake up & Make more cash.

I just want to let you know I meant no disrespect but wanted you to know what I thought . Hope the best for everyone keep up the good work except for todays LOL .

Outstanding Guest! Gary did do a little more interupting than necessary; but he can’t help it. He’s just got some ADHD, and that’s ok, that’s the Gary we love.

Interesting guest, his attitude is worthy of consideration. Will love to see part 2.

Interrupting the guest so much he couldn’t even complete a sentence is just too freakin’ much Gary. We can hear you talk any day of the week, you gotta let the guest lead sometimes… this episode was way too much Gary ego, and not enough Guest having the floor.

I almost felt like you were sabotaging the show so you could have an easy excuse to stop doing the show… sad but true.

Gary, i just want to tell you that i had to pause to tape and shed a tear, after 9 minutes, when you reaffirmed that he loves Keith, Jimi, And Bob especially. Daniel definitely knows what he’s talking about. Dylan brings me happiness everyday of my life with his music, and the stones and hendrix both at a close second. As Kurt Vonnegut Jr. says, the only true way to know that there is a God is through Music, and that Music is the Blues.

WOW, can’t wait for the next part (and since I’m late to this party I won’t have to).

Interesting so far, now to act 2.

brilliant….has to be the ‘shortest’ half-hour episode ever (bc it was just that entertaining).

Watched parts one nd two back to back. Love both of yours enthusiasm. I know what is it is like to want to get to the answers about a subject you know well and still attempt to control the original goal of the show.

Be honest you were about to dis Daniel for where he started a winery if he didn’t give a sound reason. Watching the show with a friend and we both said who is Gary to have any amount of negativity in question to Daniel Schuster about New Zealand. Please be honest with yourself Gary the last thing the wine world needs is another to big for his boots wine guys seperating themselves from the general drinking public

On another note Gary a thankyou for giving Daniel the opportunity to speak instead of being a little bossy during the interview/discussion. It is good to hear a well educated/traveled/experienced speak freely.

Thanks for having Daniel on the show. I may need to watch it again so I pick up all of his sayings and use them myself.

WOW. Extremely charismatic, knowledgeable, charming guest. I really can’t wait to watch more… which means that the G-man was on the money with his initial prediction about this man. Kudos and cheers.

Daniel is an intersting character if you can understand what he’s saying.

You’re right, Gary. I’ve never seen you with anyone, except maybe your hilarious father, where you didn’t steal the show, but move over, Daniel Schuster inhabits the same world. This guy is GREAT! He knows about wine, he knows about life, and in spite of his self-deprecating comments, I think he knows a lot about women too. Have him on again ANYTIME, and this is not to take away from the enormous love and enthusiasm that I have for you. Enjoyed these two episodes ENORMOUSLY.
