Would’ve scored much higher but for the poor sound quality of the guest. She’s either got a very, very small voice or there was something wrong wih her Mic. Mott tried to step in and help but didn’t work. Shame. The bar looks like a great place to go…one day perhaps.

why so long between shows? ah your busy who cares. QOTD I definitely want to visit Germany. I have heard Berlin is kind of going though a renaissance 20 years after the wall came down. Is that at all what she asked? Maybe you should have lavalier mic it.

QOTD..I love German wines!! It would be fantastic to see better German wines here in the States. I think the US sees a lot of the sweet juice that the Germans are too smart to drink at home. Also, please simplify the labels!! Everybody say Erzeugerabfüllung ten times really fast !!!

I am in the 95% of the reisling population but have enjoyed some fine reisling and will try my best to taste the scmitt’s featured on the show.

Sorry, couldn’t watch this one… hurts the old ears too much straining to hear her (cute though). Shame. You’re a seriously committed dude, who brings serious thunder…. surprised that you haven’t figured this out that this is a problem yet(the on location with guest problem that is). Hint – clip on mic.

Love her. Love to try the wine in the Mateus bottle. Some of her expressions, while Gary was babbling, were priceless. Bad audio. Lower GV and Raise the Queen up!
I will buy whatever she wants me to. Especially some Rieslings!

Marlies is a dead ringer for Wonder Woman(Lynda Carter). I am afraid that Rieslings suffer from the same fate here in Canada as the USA.Everyone expects them to be sweet and flabby. At a wine tasting I had my wife(a non wine drinker) try the different levels of Riesling and she thought the wine was outstanding. Riesling is deserving of a little more respect and Gary is right, the deeper you get into the love of wine you will find yourself addicted to the acid.
