My wife and I love your show. We live in St. Louis, so I doubt we can get any Sharp Cellars wines. It seems like knowing who is making the wine is becoming more and more important. How about doing a show about a great winemaker and what little known wines are out there that the winemaker has had a hand in. We love Decero reds and found out that Paul Hobbs played a part in making them which is probably why they taste so good. Keep up the videos because we want to change the wine world. Hope you make it out to St. Louis.

QOTD – I like when bald guys embrace it. Shaved head, like Vance, or at least neat (think Patrick Stewart) and I think you’re making the most out of the ‘hair cards’ you’ve been dealt. Very few things look worse than a bad toupee or a ridiculous comb over!

great episode. vance you were fantastic!! loved your personality and loved the stories. you could probably sell a ketchup popsicle to a woman in white gloves with that charm and personality.

QOTD: as long as the man is confident and comfortable with being bald, then i am fine with them. the bald and beard combo is a good look ;). just don’t cover it with a rug.

Loved this show!! VANCE SHARP IS THE MAN!!! He personifies flat out cool!! and the quality of a bald scalp depends on what is within the brain below it…hope that made4 sense. In your case it is straight up good!!!

Bald men? I an quickly becoming one, I am warming up to that. My dad was bald at age 22, he is my hero. I’ve never seen a man love his family so much, push himself so far, and know his limits all in balance.

Great guest. There was a bit of the return of the interrupting GV, but at least half the time it was needed to keep things moving along, so I am torn.

I like the idea of the white and black labels. It is fairly unique (to my knowledge) way to show the differences in the final product that can be gotten from the same grapes.

QOTD: I’m well on my way to being bald so I have to cover my bases and go with the “They look good” 🙂 Some like Vance though carry it with real style!

I want to sign up for his list just to see the results of his two 2007 Halley’s Zinfandel. Really interesting land vs hand experiment going on there.

I wish Vance was my grampa. We could call my vineyard “Graham’s Grove”.

Great show. Vance was a fantastic guest with great passion and a hunger for success. I could listen to this gentleman talk for hours….’A’ grade guest!! His wines looked great as well. I love the concept of him having 2 different winemakers making the same block of grapes. Well done.

What a personality! He had me smiling through most of the episode. I’m sure he could (but wouldn’t) charge people twice what the car/insurance was worth & they’d still walk out with a grin.

QOTD: I’ve heard women find them smart. I work event security part time & some feel it provides a bit of an intimidation factor- Barry Manilow’s security director wouldn’t let anyone bald guard the front of the stage.
