I know you like Jumilla as much as I love Jumilla, as embodied by the numerous offerings from Senor Ordonez’ book, from the Finca Luzon wines, through the Nida, Clio, and beyond. Casa Castillo’s just a little entry level, $8.99 everyday wine. A piece of crusty bread, cheese, and an olive would sure go a long way for an honest, European man’s wine. Likewise, sorry about Eric Solomon’s wine. We KNOW better, and maybe you’ve just got a little of your showboat on.
