Entertaining episode. Very witty and quick thinking winemaker. I especially enjoyed his view on the merits of drinking white wines at lower than room temperature. It’s not necesarily about masking flavours and faults, but can infact lend structure and focus to certain white wines, thus making the wine more pleasurable.

Can’t get sound hi enough to catch all the great conversation. Granted the cicadas are in full lust outside. But what I did hear I enjoyed.
