I think this episode is when GV finally realises that Mott’s opinions on wine are pretty much meaningless and treats them as such!

    Banknote is pretty solid, but I agree that there are some dry tanin issues on it. However I disagree with the comment about decanting. 2-3 hours and the wine rocks if you have that kind of patience.

    QOTD: My former college roomate without a doubt. In wine my best friend has been Arnot Roberts Syrah these days.
