I like the pace of these shorter episodes but I find myself missing the slower/longer episodes as well. Maybe mix it up a bit.

Very cool session with your dad.

I am a huge fan of Plumpjack’s Merlots. The 2006 is right up there with the 1990s Beringer Bancroft Ranch Merlots in my opinion. I wrote about it rather extensively about a month back on my site. I hope I don’t find the 2007 quite as harsh as you did.

As for the Caymus, I would be hard pressed to find a more consistant wine during the 2000s than their Cabs.
