Awesome show! This is the best episode of all the ones I’ve watched so far. Way to combine wine education with entertainment. She clearly deserves to be invited more often!

I guess you have keep the champagne chilled while decanting… anyone have any ideas? At 1 hour it would at or close to room temperature.
