Listening to Jennifer discuss the chemistry of wine reminds me of listening to Alton Brown explain the science of baking/cooking – very entertaining!

Question: does decanting help only high-end sparklers like the $150 bottles on this episide? Or would it also help sparkling wines in lower price categories, say $25 to $40?
