Santa is bringing me a new wine cellar!!!!

A space in the basement with stone walls, a temperature that varies from 55/winter 62/summer. Holds 400 bottles. Will be a great asset to my women’s wine tasting group! I’ve already filled it with wines for my next two tastings! So excited…

Just started reading “Crush It” – affirming what I am doing! First video episode. Laughing out loud at your view of the Shiraz. I have a similar reaction to some Chardonnays – not the oak part but I am “so-over” Chardonnay these days. I plan on returning. Cheers

PROPS TO PURPLE GRILLZ!!!! I COULD NOT AGREE MORE! I have tried two out of the three mentioned in Grillz’s post and for me they are some of the best from OZ land I have tried. Someone has to keep you on your toes GV! I dont knoe if I am the one to do it but like you we try and call it how we see it, or taste it.

Santa is bringing me to my friends in Tulsa as I drive across the country. I have simply stopped buying Australian wines because of the stylistic disasters I have gotten. They seem to have completely lost their way. The profiles of all 3 of these wines don’t appeal to me.

great show gary. good ending. the little wink sealed the deal. i’m in taiwan, have been for three months with my fiancee, will be for another year. unfortunately santa’s passport got revoked so he can’t travel to taiwan.

Hopefully Santa is bringing some more clothes and one santa’s helper hinted they’re getting me another variety of Cab Franc to try plus my first Petit Verdot.

Have had the Bleasdale Potts Family Cabernet Sauvignon 2004 and very much enjoyed it.

I have access to the Innocent Bystander Pinot and will get some this week. Thank you for the review.

QOTD – May be a little strange to most but got a new combination handcuff case and magazine holder for my new service pistol. Very lightweight and that is important.

Oh and a bottle of DeltaForce Port, Curious and Ancient, twenty (20) year tawny. Will be trying that off duty soon.

Red Australian…mm I always get Eucalyptus and I just can’t stand that. Tho I have had a much better success with Semillon, and a Hunter Valley Chardonnay [and I dont even like Chard! crazy aussies]
