    QOTD: I have to mention the Meadow Creak cheese as it is a “hometown” favorite and quite good for the style, http://gourmetlibrary.com/products/40626-Grayson-Meadow-Creek-Dairy , but my favorite is is the P’Tit Basque, http://gourmetlibrary.com/products/5438-P-Tit-Basque ,sheeps milk at its finest, love that stuff
