    Great show, first longer one I think I’ve ever watched entirely, most of your stuff that I’ve watched has been your keynotes or business related news casts (heard of you through Bradley Will and Andrew Warner). I’m in the process of making the shirt I promised you in the ustream, I’ll be shipping it out tuesday or wednesday to the wine library address. I hope you like it! It’s relevant to my passion (yo-yoing :)).

    As far as the question of the day goes, I’m not sure what you could improve, you guys are obviously doing an amazing job already. I’m curious if you share you shows on other websites or keep it to Viddler so they get branded? That’s really the only thing I could think of… Keep up the amazing work!

    For the last 20 years I’ve run a (very) small buisness; did pretty well from 2001-2006. Could afford some pretty nice wines. Now my cellar is shrinking & I’d like to send a ‘FU’ to the White House! Last year was sketchy; this year is worse. Its starting to feel like the return of some horrible TV-sitcom from the ’70s: ‘Welcome Back, Carter!’
    Sorry! Politics & religion are always vibe-killers! This is why Gary says “no politics”…

    Oh, I agree, I wasn’t dissing the Super Tasting as a whole, just the lack of those little clips last year that attach your wine glass to your plate so you can eat some of that wonderful food with some decorum, to line the stomach at the very least. Without anyplace really to set things down, it’s pretty much a necessity. I intend to be there again next year, maybe we should say ‘hey’?? 😉 Actually I think Gary said in this episode it’s been going on 10 years now… I WISH it was only a car service ride for me, but I take the opportunity to visit family while I’m there so it’s not a total loss. 😀

  • right on girl, and this horse cart is a tanker ship…it takes more than 12 months to change years of a previous course, and systemic inefficiency…if it’s even possible to do so.

    As easy as it is to blame whichever pundit we see on T.V. nobody should. Small business has taken the worst hit since the 70’s or before, there is no doubt. However, I hope you are not referring to the present executive branch as the sole culprits. Theoretically things have to get better, only a few times in history have super powers kicked the bucket so quickly. And if things don’t get better, well then we are all Fu*ked.

    Congrats on making it 4 years gary! That's insane to me, 5 days a week, 260 shows a year, about three wines per show is: 780 wines reviewed a year, 3120 wines in 4 years… I can't believe there are that many different wines. 🙂
