    Listen to his stories, hear what he is really saying, learn the history. He is obviously a powerful personality. He obviously loves you beyond belief. You are blessed. I hope I can talk with my boys that way in a few more years.

No seriously, the only time I came to WL was to film my episode, and from the moment I stepped in, it was the friendliest, most knowledgable staff I have ever encountered at a wine store (mind you, I am coming from a background of PA State Stores, so that's not saying much). But in all honesty, great job, keep up the good work, and congrats to all again! Cheers.

    Wow. Mazel tov! That was one of the great moments on the Internet. By far, my favorite episode. I will watch it tonight with my 7 year old daughter, who loves the show. I lost 3 uncles during the war, so that segment touched me. Great job Gary on a project that has become so great in it's simpleness – wine and humanity.

  • Goin well, can't complain! Getting ready for our 2007 reds to be released. 07 is going to be an EPIC vintage for PA wine. Our (dry) reds are going to be amazing, best vintage since 2002 for us IMHO. The wine trail we are a part of is having a trail-wide event every weekend in march to celebrate the new releases, so Ive been mentally preparing myself for 7-day work weeks for a month coming up.

    Happy Birthday to my two favorite wino's. Thank you GV for all that you've taught us. I know that episode 1000 is right around the corner. I truly hope you give us 1000 more and don't stop there. I know you're busy but the industry needs a gate keeper to keep things in check. These twenty minutes or so gives my wife and I a chance to sit together, enjoy a glass of wine and get schooled.

  • Please keep doing the vendor fairs in the Winelibrary. My wife and I love when all the specialty vendors pack in upstairs with the great food and products. It is like an indoor feast. Please make more of those.

    Nobama has been in office for a year now and the economy is tanking. I thought they said he could walk on water??? I think he believed it too.

    Sorry Sasha, even though you are hands down the best guest (every time) I have to disagree it will be Canada for gold in both mens and womens hockey…but USA will definitely be in the hunt. Good luck, and hopefully we have a Canada vs. USA gold medal game.

    As per the QOTD…can't say…but if you can set things up so I can order stuff and have it shipped to Canada I would love to become a customer.
