Gary, me dude, that was interesting. I've been thinking, though, that you may be getting a little out of shape, a little pudgy in the cheeks and tired around the eyes. Compare how you look to how you looked in your early episodes.

You could spend some time really working on your fitness. See if you can incorporate wine into that. Maybe it can be done, maybe not. I'd love to see you report that you are now walking a mile or two every night, and that afterward you drink a glass of wine, then stay up another hour at least so that you burn it off, whatever. If you said you get a little tired tasting wine, and don't drink any more of it on days you do the show, but do have a glass or two on other days, I'd take it as gospel. Gary, do it for us. There's got to be a sweet midpoint for those of us who are not alcoholics to shoot for in regards to wine and beer consumption. Help us find it. Or/and hire a fitness guru, implement a plan, and tell us about it. I couldn't be more serious.

having watched a day after April fools I knew it was a joke – you have this sly look right at Hello everybody! I do appreciate the effort(s) that go into making this type of show – sure it is your job and you certainly are busy and don't need to do this but you (still) have a passion for the product and the people. I wish the wines were more available in Canada – can't wait to see a Canadian Wine Library open.. Please do more food & wine pairings. Thanks!
