    Gary: It is very strong of you to put out episodes both days after sunday. I know the jets will be great next year as well!

    QOTD: I think if you can put out episodes faster, that is great, but please don’t make them a whole lot shorter just to get to 1,000.

    As soon as I saw the wines prior to watching for this episode I picked the Penner Ash as best of bunch. A bottle of that (at room temperature) with steamed oysters… DELICIOUSNESS!! Big Table in my opinion is WAY over hyped… so many better picks for that price range.

    QOTD: Sounds fun!! Look at calendar to consider using the weekends to make it work if necessary… we’ll invite a bunch of friends/family over and make a party of it.

    Ahh Yes!! Chanterelle!! A wonderful mushroom with flavors reminiscent of apricots! In most cultures, the Chanterelle represents much tradition and importance for wedding ceremonies… between a man and a woman. Yes, this is a fact.

    As for Archery Summit? That winery is the Big 10 of Oregon wine: With the exception of maybe one or two wines, that place is all hype and no delivery! Give me Penner Ash, Anne Amie or Arcane Cellars ANY.DAY!
