Statement Of The (birth!)Day: I've always been into food and drink, but wine was such a massive subject i didn't know where to start. Worked at a wine store for a few months, then stumbled across WLTV, and found i could retain a lot more information than reading a wine book, but above all it's how WLTV makes wine an inclusive subject which appeals to me.

First off congrats on 2 years and 400+ episodes!!! Great start to the show. Love the appearance by Darth Vayner and the "mishaps" ( dumping the bag, losing the lighter ). Oh and sorry to break up the 1111 comments! :(.... I cant stop laughing at Darth Vayner showing up every few minutes... Hey how come you didnt pour any wine for the homies? SOTD: I enjoy wine. I am who I am, and although would like to make some changes in my life, I accept the mistakes I have made and move forward. My palate is what it is and it doesnt bother me what other people think about it. We're all different and thats what makes us all special.

I'm watching ep 413 as I type. Don't get depressed, some of us lurkers are very slow in catching up some time. This noon I was able to watch three shows in a row (almost unheard of!)

I enjoyed the Year #3 is here walking back and forth behind the episode. Made me laugh, and believe me... I need that right now!

I will do my absolute best (because I would love it!) to start a Thirsty Thursday Tasting group in my area. I have several very very special friends that I drink with, and we share lots of things. Having a set time to taste wine would be a good thing for us.

Hey, GV! Finally got to the BIG show. Life is nuts but WLTV is like an oasis away from the madness and it's been that way since episode 3 when i decided to download the Quicktime player and check you out.

I am a proud cold warrior, so it gratifies me even more that you emigrated from Russia to become a capitalist success. ;-) You've taught me more about wine in less than a year than I could ever learn on my own in a lifetime, and I've enjoyed every minute of it.
