Gary. I love ya but this episode is terrible. Picture is also very dim. In your own words, this episode is a big PPPPPAAAAAAAZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

the picture is way too dark and the new mic sounds very muffled. i’m not sure where you stuffed it but it sounds like it’s under several layer of clothes.

Gary, thanks for introducing us to a new grape. I am not going to comment on the quality of the video or audio at all..i swear! My mom always said if I had nothing good to say dont say anything at all.. but yeah… 🙂

Thanks for making the effort with today’s episode. Should be fun figuring out if the “technical difficulties” were the result of user error or poorly performing technology!
QOTD: Well, I’ve never had a Dornfelder either. Basically tried most every major varietal. Never had any Greek wines so any of those grapes are on my list.

Not to jump on the bandwagon, but the sound and picture quality were TERRIBLE! The cordless mike had static and feedback throughout the episode and the picture seemed unfocused and unclear. Sorry to complain, but the old worked just fine.

Gary my guess is you guys got a new HD camera with a Hard drive storage – Maybe the new Sony- but just a guess- I got one also the Sony 30 gig HD and you need to change the setting to True Hi Def it comes loaded on standard- also if that is the camera it is a 5.1 surround sound so using a mic is not neccesary-
