  • hmm… greatest head to head battle was a blind tasting two nights ago for cabs… first place and last place were the exact same bottle of wine…. (one had been decanted for an hour, the other not) The rest of the wines that scored in the middle had not been decanted either.

    Nice H2H battle. I’m in the camp of Pine Ridge lovers though I have yet to try the ’02 or ’03. I usually drink my CA cabs (high-end i.e. Dom, Pine Ridge, Dunn, Insignia) when they are a little older.

    QOTD: Greatest battle? It has to be Borg vs McEnroe. Though I’m a huge Connors fan, the matches with Borg/McEnroe were classics.

    Enjoy the game. I go tomorrow to watch my beloved Nationals get spanked.
