Gary, you and Jon Stewart are the two people keeping me sane in this crazy world. Your show is always a blast… except for the one where…. nope can’t think of any… all good 🙂
I do want to know how you find the time to do this EVERY DAY because for the life of me I can’t figure that one out. Does the time slow down when you drink wine?
THANK YOU for doing the show and hope you never tire of it… there are a lot of wines out there!

  • QOTD: Gary, you take the snobishness out of wine, and break it down to what it really is, a beverage to be enjoyed by everybody. You’re quirky, and zaney, and every show is enjoyable to watch, especially when you get on a tirade. My favorite WLTV moment, when you poured the wine out onto the table because it was so bad (not too many episodes ago). Those kinds of things are what I enjoy about the show. If I just wanted a review of a wine, I’d read the mags. You bring so much more to the table.

QOD: I’m sure I’m not the only one that thinks this but the show isn’t the only thing that keeps me coming back. The main reason is of course the community. After returning from yet another NYC offline last night, I really can’t get over how a bunch of initial strangers can come together from all walks of life to quite simply enjoy their passion for wine. Each and every offline just keeps getting better even without GV being present.

The sense of community probably starts in the forums so all you lurkers are just NOT getting the full experience unless you join up!

    Have a great weekend everyone.

If it wasn’t for you and the community I’d have alot more money and alot less wine in my NEW cellar. Thanks for bankrupting me Gary, I’ll never forget you. 😉

  • Gary,

Keep up the great work. The show keeps getting better. You make me want to drink in the very best way. I’ve learned more listening to you and going off and tasting than I have in years of reading through wine books and mags. You keep it real.

    Forecast calls for serious thunder!

  • QOTD: Meh!

Just kidding. This show is great. Partially do to the fact that I feel like I’m learning more and more about wine, partially because I’m being exposed to wines that I never would have looked at before and now I notice them in stores, but mostly because of the “fun factor”. The fact that wine can be such a pleasurable, sociable experience is a big reason behind it.

Keep up the great work and GO J-E-T-S!!!

I liked the show until you asked me whether I liked it in front of cases of Harlan Estate, Echezaux, Richebourg, and Dominus.

Don’t get serious on us. Unless of course you break out the very serious juice. QOTD – well I’ve posted since like episode 5 so I suppose that means I like it.

  • purplejuicebruce

qotd, I love the show and find you to be both informative and entertaining. I hope you can keep it up for many years to come. Thank you

QOTD – The show’s still keeping me here, so you’re still doing something right 🙂

Hope you had a nice week in the UK.

  • Chris C

QOTD: Gary – Thanks for taking the time out of your busy life to tape these shows for us. They are informative, intuitive and entertaining. I look forward every day to what you have next for us.

Quit whining about the Jets. The team I follow (Vikings) is just as bad and has the same record right now as the Jets!

QOTD: much love for the show and all of the other vanyiacs out there too

I really need to comment on those cases in there, La Tache, Le Pin, Dominus, good lordy that was mouth frothing just seeing that

And since you’re gonna get serious next week, let’s see a return of Sir Gary Vaynerchuck, where has he been lately, sometimes some snobbery is needed

  • The JOB

The Show is awesome. You’ve enabled me to find appreciation for wine, and your personality is great. Stay strong and ignore the naysayers.

    Wow that is some room$$$$$$$$$$
QOTD: Gary the show Rocks! It gets me excited about wine every time I watch. I have such a good time learning about wine and being a small part of the huge community that has been built around WLTV. I also like how my wifeâ??s eyes roll every time I mention well Gary V said and when she hears you say â??Welcome to Wine Library TVâ?. She loves the show also but wonâ??t admit to it and she canâ??t wait until the next Chicago WLTV party. 2 of clubs baby!
