    Your enthusiasm for wine is infectious and after watching you interact with your father, I can see where it comes from. Both he and you seem to have passions for orchids and wines, both of which I share. Keep up the good work.

    My question to you is what special wine do you have in mind to drink, not just taste, to celebrate your birthday?

    This greeting comes all the way from Europe – this is my first ever visit to this web-site! The reason I found the address of the website is that I saw you tonight on Late night with Conan O’Brien (I think they were showing a re-run) and Gary, you and Conan tasting the wines were hilarious!
    I liked your video about the chocolate cake and the wines but I must say, I have not yet found a red wine which would go well together with chocolate. Of course, rosé sparkling goes, and certain sweet dessert wines (I prefer tawny port or Banyuls) go well with chocolate but not red wine. Don’t you think that the wine loses something from the chocolate bitters? In my view, the wine needs to be sweeter than the chocolate.
    Very interesting site, and I hope to stay tuned. This is what the world of wine needs, serious matter AND FUN!

    Happy Birthday Gary! It was really great to see you joined by your Dad today. He seemed a bit unsure of it at first but seemed to get into the swing of it by the end. Really shocked you chose such an inexpensive cab to pop open (good to see it’s tastey AND cheap lol) but that’s what makes you who you are 🙂 I’m turning 32 in 10days… don’t hate on the age so much man! It’s only as old as you feel 😛
