EP 382 Torrontes: The white wine of Argentina on Display

One of the great discoveries of 2007 for me and many Vayniacs was the Torrentes grape from Argentina.

    QOTD: Brooklyn, NY. I’ve been watching WLTV for almost a year and I will actually be going to my first “offline” later this month.

    Just thought I would throw in my two cents about a tip I read somewhere about tasting wine that has been really helpful to me, especially when I first started out. Make a mental list of flavor profiles that you recognize and when you taste a wine, if don’t immediately recognize the flavor, just start running through your list until it jumps out at you.
