Never had a Faugeres but will seek them out. This weekend I am painting a few rooms in my house and of course enjoying some great wine.

Definitely a fan of the comparison of a wine and its reserve. Very interesting stuff. Hopefully will be done more often.

QOTD: 1. No, Can’t say that Ive ever had a Faugeres, but will definitely try and seek some out in the coming months.
2. Study, Study, Study. Microbiology exam, Organic Chemistry exam, and Microbiology Lab Practical all on Monday and Tuesday. Can’t say I’m looking forward to this at all. But atleast next weekend I’ll be able to treat myself to a nice bottle of wine.

QOTD: Never had a Faugeres, but it sounds good from you. As for this weekend, I really wanted to go to Boston, especially for the dinner. But happily my wife was 2 weeks early with delivery and we have a wonderful baby girl Brigid at home with us now. She’s already seen her first episode of WLTV!

I’ll bet Faugeres would be fantastic with Roquefort cheese. Same part of the world. Very near each other actually!
Does this mean I can’t wear my “Official Lurker” shirt anymore?
And, yes, I gave that glass a sniff of my own the other day!

QOTD: Watching the Pro Bowl, nothing too exciting. I must insist that I would much rather watch Derek Anderson (a guy coming out of nowhere) than the all-american boy Tom Brady. Gary, could you start answering your own “question of the day?”

Better late than never to the show. Thank you for the Laid Back Friday and bringing us a wine that 99% of us have never tried which answers the first QOTD: no I have not tried a Faugeres.

2nd QOTD: Core Conditioning, appt with my financial adviser to help stop the bleeding and then to buy some white wines since I have none in the cellar! Of course, waiting on a shipment from WLTV but I need some weekend quaffing material.

QOTD: My best friend and I had a way too much fun spreading the Thunder until 4am Tuesday/Wednesday that I’m staying in this weekend to do homework. BUT, there will definitely be a glass or two of wine while I’m writing papers tomorrow night.

I haven’t had an Faugeres yet and I love grenache blends…don’t know what I’m waiting for.

Busy weekend…daughter is in her middle school musical (Alice in Wonderland) and my son has a big 5th grade all-county orchestra festival/concert. No time to rest….no time to ski unfortunately.

and dude…a Feb birthday means the ‘Tooches’ got busy a little earlier than thanksgiving…i’m probably the 50th person to call you out on that one….but the hand-slap doin’ the nasty directed at Bernice??? Yowza.
